Types of information collected on powerconferenceinc.com and the PowerCon mobile application registration forms
We collect personal data through a registration process and when you request materials from powerconferenceinc.com or subscribe to email communications.
When you register on powerconferenceinc.com or sign up for the PowerCon mobile application, we may collect your first and last name, email address and postal code. Where applicable, we also collect title, mailing address, phone number and organization information. You will be prompted for this information via our registration process and information request forms.
This information will be used to mail (via post office or email) requested materials.

Each time you visit powerconferenceinc.com or use the PowerCon application, anonymous navigation information is collected by our servers. This information includes:
- the type of browser and operating system you are using;
- the address of the referring site (i.e., the previous site you had visited) and the Website you leave our site to visit;
- the date and time of your visit;
- your server’s IP address (a number which is unique to the machine); and
- the address of the pages you accessed.
This provides PowerCon with information about how the website and application is used and navigated, including the number of hits, the frequency of visits and the duration of visits to each page on the site or application. It does not personally identify individual users.
